Registration Help

All orders submitted through the Truly Fruit web site are prepaid by credit card. We ship via UPS Ground, typically within two business days. Please note that we can accept orders only from wholesale customers in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and only for shipments direct to our customers (not drop-ship orders). If you would like to place a larger order with prepaid freight terms, please call or email us to discuss your needs. LTL orders with prepaid freight and payment terms require a minimum total order weight of 500 lbs. Volume pricing discounts are also available.

Registration Form Info

When filling in the registration form, please be sure to enter your company information correctly so there will be no delays in processing.

Please enter your billing address exactly as on the credit card that you’ll be using, otherwise the charges may be declined by your credit card company when you place an order.

The Shipping Address must be a street address (not a PO Box) and must be within the contiguous 48 states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Be sure to provide us with a valid email address and phone number so that we can contact you if necessary regarding your orders. If we are unable to contact you via email for whatever reason (email address changed, etc.), we will try to call. If we cannot reach you, we’ll have no choice but to cancel the order in question.

Different states use different names for reseller tax-exempt status; in your state it might be called a Resale Permit, Resale License, Use and Sales Tax License, Sales Tax Exemption Certificate…etc.

Also, if your business is in one of the four states that don’t collect sales tax or issue reseller tax IDs (Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon and Delaware), please enter your federal Tax ID Number (TIN) or city business license ID on the registration form and then fax the supporting document to us instead of a resale permit/certificate. Please do not send us your EIN, which is your federal Employer ID Number.

On the registration form, you’ll also have the option to sign up to receive newsletters or product updates via email. Our policy is to send out newsletters only occasionally, and only when they will contain information of real interest to our customers, for example new products or sales promotions. Be assured that subscribing is entirely your choice and you will be able to change your preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
