If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, be assured that we will do everything in our power to resolve the problem quickly. Please follow the Returns process outlined below so that we can look into the matter promptly.
- Contact our Customer Service department within five business days of receipt of goods to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. To ensure that your return is handled quickly, please provide the order/invoice number and a reason for the return. Authorization is required, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to any orders (including warehouse pickup orders) that are returned without prior authorization. Please understand that a Return Authorization number is not a promise or guarantee of a refund - it simply allows us to process your returns claim.
- Once a return has been authorized, we will provide you with the RA number and return address. Please ship the items being returned within 7 business days. The RA number must be marked on the outside of each package or case and all returns must be in the original and complete packaging and in saleable condition. Any cases returned to us with missing, unwrapped or opened product will not be eligible for a refund.
- The shipping cost of any returns is the responsibility of the customer. However, if we determine that the product was returned as a result of our error, we will reimburse you for the return shipping charge, at standard UPS Ground shipping rates.
- Once the return shipment has been received, we will inspect the merchandise and investigate further. If a refund or exchange was requested for goods damaged in transit and refused at delivery as required, we will ship the replacement as soon as we receive the return from the carrier, or if you prefer, we will issue a refund for the dollar amount charged for the damaged item. If we find that the problem is a result of an error on our part (such as shipping the wrong item), we will be glad to issue a refund for the returned item or ship the correct item at our expense.
All approved refunds will be paid via credit card refund. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of shipping your return. This includes the time for us to receive the return (2-7 business days), the time it takes to investigate and process your return once we receive it (2-5 business days), and in the case of credit card refunds, the time it takes your bank or credit card company to process our refund request (2-7 business days).
