Ordering and Shipping

We accept orders from US-based companies and ship only to street addresses (not PO boxes) in the 48 contiguous US states (excluding Alaska or Hawaii). Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within two business days and should arrive within five days, however please be aware that this is dependent on UPS, whose stated guideline is 7-10 days for standard ground delivery. You can also review our Shipping Rates prior to ordering.


Payment Methods

We accept the following credit cards as payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be authorized and charged immediately upon submitting your order, so please double-check your order before submitting it. Your purchase will be listed on your credit card statement as “Orchard Sweet Foods”.


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be submitted via phone or email to Customer Service. If the order has not yet been sent to the warehouse for processing, we will immediately cancel the order and refund your credit card in total. If the order has been processed but has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and refund your credit card for the order total minus a restocking fee equal to 25% of the order subtotal (excluding shipping charges). After the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Claims and Refusals

Damages: Your order will always leave our warehouse in perfect condition – nonetheless, damage does sometimes occur in transit. Please be sure to inspect your package(s) in the presence of the delivery carrier before accepting it. If any obvious damage is visible, please refuse the damaged cases and contact us within two business days. Claims of damage after this period will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Shortage claims: all claims for shortages must be submitted to us within three business days of receipt of goods. We will immediately investigate the problem, starting with the carrier’s Bill of Lading and Proof of Delivery documents. If we find that the mistake was ours, we will ship the missing package(s) at our expense, or, if you prefer, we will issue a refund for the missing items.

Refusal of Shipments: We appreciate that you order from us in good faith; likewise, we ship to you in good faith. With that in mind, please note that shipments refused for any reason other than damaged cases will not constitute the right to a refund or credit. If you refuse your package(s) at delivery for non-damage related reasons, you will be subject to all return fees plus a 25% restocking fee based on the total dollar amount of the order. In addition, any charge-backs submitted in relation to the return and restocking fees constitutes a violation of our wholesale Terms and Conditions and will result in having your wholesale account terminated.
